2. Scope
Applies to the use of Toon Kids on Android and associated services (photo-to-cartoon and puzzle generation, credits store, our own servers and support). By using the app you accept this policy.
3. Data We Collect
Photos you choose to use: images selected from your camera or gallery to generate Cartoon, Premium or puzzle pages. Provided voluntarily by you each time you create a page. Required only to generate that specific content.
Generated content and collection: the cartoon/coloring pages and puzzles you create, organized in "My Collection" (free, Cartoon, Premium and custom). Created by the app from your photos; stored so you can access your creations again.
Credits and purchase data: credit balance, purchase history (Cartoon 200 / Premium 1000 credits) and the parental secret code used to authorize purchases. Source: your in-app purchases and the parental code you set. Required to operate the store and purchase protection.
Technical information: device model and Android version, language, basic error logs. Collected automatically when running the app. Necessary for stability and security.
Communications: support messages and attachments sent by you via email. Optional unless legally required.
We do not show any advertising and we do not integrate third-party ad or tracking networks. We do not request real name, home address or biometric data beyond the photo you voluntarily choose to transform.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the service: generating cartoon, coloring and puzzle pages from the photos you select and keeping your collection available.
- Purchase protection: applying the parental secret code so minors cannot buy credits without permission.
- Customer support: responding to issues related to purchases, credits or generated content.
- Security: detecting technical failures and preventing abuse of the credits system.
- Product improvement: analyzing aggregated, non-identifying technical metrics to improve the app.
5. Legal Bases
- Consent: choosing and uploading a photo to generate a page, and setting up the parental code.
- Contract performance: delivering the pages and puzzles you purchase with credits.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the app stable, secure and free of abuse.
- Legal compliance: responding to administrative or regulatory requirements.
6. Processing of Photos and Generated Content
- Photos are used only to generate the page or puzzle you request; we do not use them for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than creating your content.
- Generated pages are stored in "My Collection" so you can access them again; you can delete individual creations or your whole collection from within the app.
- We do not share your photos or generated content with other users or the public; nothing is published without your action (e.g. printing or saving locally).
7. Recipients and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with:
- Last Game Studio servers (TLS hosting) to process purchases, credits and generated content.
- Email providers (e.g. Gmail) for support.
We do not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics/tracking networks in the app.
8. International Transfers
We try to host data within the EU/EEA; some providers may operate from the US or other jurisdictions. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses or other recognized safeguards.
9. Retention Periods
- Photos and generated pages/puzzles: while you keep them in your collection, until you delete them or request deletion of your data.
- Credits and purchase records: while the account is active and up to 5 additional years for legal/accounting obligations.
- Technical logs: up to 24 months.
- Communications: up to 3 years from ticket closure.
10. Exercising Your Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion (including your photos and generated content), portability, objection and restriction, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at support@lastgamestudio.fun; we respond within ≤30 days.
11. Security
- Communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Photos, generated content and purchase data encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Parental secret code required before authorizing any credit purchase.
12. Minors and Parental Controls
Toon Kids is designed to be used by children together with a parent or guardian, who controls purchases via the parental secret code. We do not show ads and we do not integrate third-party trackers, so no advertising profile is built from a child's use of the app. Photos and generated content belong to the family using the app and are not shared with other users. If a parent or guardian wants any photo or creation removed, we will delete it upon request.
13. Device Permissions and Features
We only request:
- Camera access, to take a photo directly for a new page.
- Gallery/storage access, to choose an existing photo and to save your generated pages.
- Internet access, to process purchases and sync your collection.
We do not access contacts, precise location or microphone.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy for operational or regulatory reasons. We will publish the new effective date in the app and on this page; if the change is significant, we will communicate it before it takes effect.
