2. Scope
Applies to the use of Magic Forest Puzzle on Android and associated services (in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing and support). By using the app you accept this policy.
3. Data We Collect
Game progress: level, score, unlocked content and in-game settings. Generated automatically as you play. Required to save and restore your progress.
Purchase data: purchase history and entitlements (e.g. extra content, in-game currency or feature unlocks) processed via Google Play Billing. Source: your purchases through Google Play. Required to unlock and keep the content you bought.
Technical information: device model and Android version, language, basic crash and error logs. Collected automatically when running the app. Necessary for stability and security.
Communications: support messages and attachments sent by you via email. Optional unless legally required.
We do not show third-party advertising in the app. We do not request your real name, home address, precise location, contacts, camera access or biometric data.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the service: running the game, saving your progress and applying the content you purchase.
- Purchase management: validating and delivering purchases made through Google Play Billing.
- Customer support: responding to issues related to purchases or game progress.
- Security: detecting technical failures and preventing abuse.
- Product improvement: analyzing aggregated, non-identifying technical metrics to improve the app.
5. Legal Bases
- Contract performance: delivering the game and the content you purchase.
- Consent: voluntary support submissions.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the app stable, secure and free of abuse.
- Legal compliance: responding to administrative or regulatory requirements.
6. Game Progress and Purchases
- Your progress and settings are stored to let you resume the game where you left it; you can reset your progress from within the app or by uninstalling it.
- Purchases are managed by Google Play Billing; we do not store your payment card details, which are handled directly by Google.
- We do not share your progress or purchase history with other users or the public.
7. Recipients and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with:
- Google Play Billing, to process and validate your in-app purchases.
- Last Game Studio servers (TLS hosting), if progress sync or purchase validation requires it.
- Email providers (e.g. Gmail) for support.
We do not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics/tracking networks in the app.
8. International Transfers
We try to host data within the EU/EEA; some providers (e.g. Google) may operate from the US or other jurisdictions. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses or other recognized safeguards.
9. Retention Periods
- Game progress and settings: while you keep the app installed, until you reset your progress or request deletion of your data.
- Purchase records: while the account is active and up to 5 additional years for legal/accounting obligations.
- Technical logs: up to 24 months.
- Communications: up to 3 years from ticket closure.
10. Exercising Your Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection and restriction, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at support@lastgamestudio.fun; we respond within ≤30 days.
11. Security
- Communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Purchase data encrypted in transit and, where applicable, at rest.
- Purchases are authenticated and processed directly by Google Play Billing.
12. Minors
Magic Forest Puzzle is suitable for a general audience. We recommend that minors play under the supervision of a parent or guardian, especially regarding in-app purchases, which should be protected with Google Play's parental controls and purchase authentication. We do not show ads and we do not integrate third-party trackers, so no advertising profile is built from a child's use of the app.
13. Device Permissions and Features
We only request:
- Internet access, to process purchases and, if available, sync your progress.
We do not access camera, gallery, contacts, precise location or microphone.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy for operational or regulatory reasons. We will publish the new effective date in the app and on this page; if the change is significant, we will communicate it before it takes effect.
